Corrections Policy
Report an error
Email contact@aiverio.com with the Aiverio page URL, the statement that may be wrong, and a current reliable source.
Our response
We review the cited evidence, recheck relevant primary sources, and correct material errors promptly. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note.
Material corrections
When an error could change a reader’s decision—such as a price, plan limit, privacy term, availability, or conclusion—we update the page and add a clear correction note when appropriate.
Fair requests
Vendors may request a factual correction but cannot buy a rating, conclusion, removal of fair criticism, or preferential placement.
Related editorial standards
Our broader research, independence, disclosure, and update standards are explained in the Editorial Policy and How We Review AI Tools. Correction requests are evaluated against the same source-verification standards used for published reviews.
What to include in a correction request
- The URL of the Aiverio page.
- The exact statement, figure, plan detail, or conclusion you believe is inaccurate.
- A current reliable source that supports the correction.
- Any context that helps us identify whether the issue is a factual error, a product update, or a difference in editorial judgment.
How we review a reported error
- We identify the specific claim and the date or context in which it was published.
- We recheck relevant primary sources, such as official pricing, documentation, policy, support, or product pages.
- We distinguish a factual error from a product change that occurred after publication.
- If the published information is materially wrong, we update the page. When appropriate, a correction note is added so readers can understand the change.
What counts as a material correction?
A correction is more likely to be considered material when the error could affect a reader’s decision, such as an incorrect price, plan limit, feature availability, privacy term, regional restriction, integration claim, or editorial conclusion based on incorrect facts.
Frequently asked questions
Can a company require Aiverio to remove criticism?
No. Factual errors can be corrected, but a correction request does not give a vendor control over fair editorial analysis, ratings, conclusions, or placement.
Do small edits receive a correction note?
Not necessarily. Spelling, grammar, formatting, or other minor clarity fixes may be made without a public note when they do not change the meaning of the page.
Where should I report an error?
