AIVERIO EDITORIAL STANDARDS
Editorial Policy
This policy explains how Aiverio researches, evaluates, writes, updates, and monetizes its content while protecting editorial independence.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Our editorial mission
Aiverio is an independent AI tool discovery and education website. Our goal is to help readers understand, compare, and choose artificial intelligence products with greater clarity.
We aim to publish practical information about what a tool does, who it may be useful for, how its pricing works, what advantages it offers, and which limitations readers should consider.
We prioritize usefulness, accuracy, transparency, and reader trust over promotional claims or commercial pressure.
2. Our editorial principles
Accuracy
Important claims should be supported by current and reliable information whenever possible.
Transparency
Commercial relationships, sponsored placements, and important limitations should be disclosed clearly.
Independence
Companies cannot purchase a favorable rating or control Aiverio’s editorial conclusions.
Practical value
Content should help readers make a decision or complete a real task—not simply repeat marketing language.
3. Research and sources
We prefer primary and authoritative sources for important product information. These may include official product websites, documentation, pricing pages, release notes, help centers, developer resources, and public company announcements.
Reputable third-party sources may also be consulted when they provide useful context, independent analysis, or information that cannot be confirmed through official materials alone.
Marketing claims are not automatically treated as proven facts. When a claim cannot be independently verified, it may be attributed to the company or described with appropriate context.
4. Hands-on testing
When practical testing is performed, Aiverio may consider setup experience, interface quality, ease of use, output quality, feature availability, limitations, and overall usefulness.
A tool profile is not necessarily based on direct hands-on testing unless that is explicitly stated. We do not describe researched information as personal testing, and we aim to distinguish verified facts from editorial observations.
5. How editor ratings work
Some tool profiles include an Aiverio editor rating. Depending on the product, the rating may consider:
- Overall usefulness and quality of available features
- Ease of use and accessibility
- Value compared with available alternatives
- Pricing clarity and plan limitations
- Reliability, maturity, and product transparency
- Important weaknesses, restrictions, or risks
- Suitability for the intended audience and use cases
Editor ratings are editorial judgments rather than scientific measurements, guarantees, or verified customer scores. A rating may change when a product, its pricing, or the competitive landscape changes. See How We Review AI Tools for the current scoring criteria and weights.
6. Pricing and changing product information
AI products can change rapidly. Prices, features, usage limits, availability, plan names, supported regions, and product policies may change after publication.
We aim to display a verification or update date when appropriate. Readers should confirm important purchasing information directly on the product’s official website before subscribing or making a payment.
EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE
7. Affiliate links, advertising, and sponsorships
Aiverio may earn a commission when a reader follows an affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase. This does not increase the reader’s purchase price unless clearly stated otherwise.
Affiliate relationships do not determine whether a tool is included, how it is rated, or what conclusions are published.
Sponsored content, advertisements, or paid placements will be identified clearly. Payment does not guarantee a positive review, recommendation, or editor rating.
8. AI-assisted editorial workflows
Aiverio may use artificial intelligence to assist with research organization, outlining, drafting, formatting, classification, or other parts of the editorial workflow.
AI-generated output can contain errors, outdated information, or unsupported claims. Content intended for publication is therefore subject to human review for relevance, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Final editorial responsibility remains with Aiverio. AI assistance does not replace source verification or human judgment.
9. Product submissions and review requests
Tool developers, companies, and representatives may submit product information or request consideration. Receiving a submission, free access, trial account, press material, or product demonstration does not guarantee coverage or a positive assessment.
Aiverio retains control over editorial selection, timing, content, ratings, and conclusions.
10. Corrections and updates
We welcome credible correction requests. When a meaningful factual error is identified, we aim to review it and update the relevant content when appropriate. Our process is described in the Corrections Policy.
Minor formatting, grammar, clarity, or routine product updates may be corrected without a separate public notice. Significant corrections may be disclosed when additional context would benefit readers.
To report an issue, email contact@aiverio.com and include the page URL, a description of the issue, and a reliable supporting source.
Reporting an editorial problem
A useful correction request should make the claim easy to locate and the proposed correction easy to verify. Include the page URL, the exact statement that appears inaccurate, a reliable current source, and a brief explanation of the discrepancy.
- Copy the page URL and identify the relevant section.
- Quote or describe the specific factual issue without changing its meaning.
- Provide a primary or otherwise reliable source that supports the correction.
- Explain whether the issue is outdated pricing, a feature claim, a missing limitation, or another factual error.
- Use the Corrections Policy or Contact page for the submission route.
11. Conflicts of interest
Relevant financial, commercial, or personal relationships that could reasonably affect editorial judgment should be disclosed when applicable.
Aiverio may choose not to cover a product when a conflict cannot be handled transparently or when reliable evaluation is not possible.
Important limitation
Aiverio content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. Readers remain responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for their requirements.
